Our Rum and Raisin Fudge is a real taste of the Caribbean.
Classic Rum ‘n’ Raisin rich butter fudge with a lovely warming kick. Our interpretation of this traditional infused fudge flavour is rather unique. We utilise the full-bodied taste of rum and infuse it with the sweetness of natural juicy raisins. It really looks as good as it tastes!
