We love raspberries in Scotland. So we had to try our hand at a Raspberry Pavlova Handmade Fudge. Using an original 100-year-old recipe, we have taken a favourite dessert of ours and gave it a Fudge twist. Each mouthful begins with a deliciously sweet bite followed by the freshness of the juicy raspberry. Crumbly and smooth our Raspberry Pavlova Fudge is a treat you are sure to enjoy.
