Ochil Fudge are delighted to announce some fantastic news: We have won a Great Taste Award yet again! This year we are delighted to add another flavour to our list of 11 award-winning fudges, this time, the much-coveted Scottish Tablet is our award winner!
What Is The Award?
The Great Taste Awards are organised by the Guild of Fine Food and who set the benchmark for fine food and drink. Winning a Great Taste Award is a celebration of the fantastic tasting product, and all of the hard work we here at Ochil Fudge have put in over the years.

Judges Notes:
“A deep caramel colour with a smooth finish offering complexities in flavour from a rich caramel taste to a creamy lingering finish. It crumbles in the mouth and melts satisfyingly, we all enjoyed eating this classic tablet”

Runner Up
A near miss for Ochil Fudge this year, as our other entry just missed out on an award, our new Orange Cream fudge was enjoyed all-round but faced some stiff competition. Look out next year when we come back with an improved Orange Cream for that award!

Ochil Fudge has a history of award-winning flavours and is pleased to continue this tradition. In previous years we’ve won for - Ginger Fudge, Peanut Butter, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Spiced Rum and Orange, Deanston 12 yr Old Malt Whisky Fudge, Heather Honey, Just Plain Fudge, Bakewell, Maple & Pecan.
