Dispatch Update - Thank You For Our Biggest Month Ever
We @ The Ochil Fudge Pantry want to send a sincere and heartfelt Thank You to you, yes you! Everyone who has visited our website, saw us at a range of shows and farmers markets over the last few months, and especially everyone who has purchased our fudge online or offline. You are the lifeblood of our business, and ensure that we can continue to produce the best, widest, most unique and tastiest range of Scottish Fudge & Scottish Tablet possible.
This has been our busiest month ever. In fact, this has been a wild few months, and things are only increasing in a run-up to Christmas 2019.
We are working around the clock to ensure that we can produce more fudge than we ever have before. Our Family has even grown, with 2 new members of the Ochil Fudge team helping us to produce, package and dispatch the perfect fudge that you know and love.
This surge shows us we’re on the correct path. We want to make sure that with this increased volume we can keep the incredible quality that you have become accustomed to.
To achieve this, we are allowing for a little extra time before dispatching any new orders placed, especially orders with later delivery dates.
We are doing this temporarily to ensure each order has the same love, care, and attention to detail applied to it that we have always guaranteed. This is only a temporary measure as we work through this huge surge in orders, and we promise regular service will resume extremely soon.
This change will only affect orders placed as of 16th of November, so for those patrons who have already placed an order, you don’t need to worry.
We are constantly humbled and thankful for all of our customers and your patronage, and want to continue to Champion the relationship we build with our community, and be as loyal to you as you are to us.
